  Simon Pearce, Founding Partner Simon is passionate about the craft of branding. He has over 16 years of experience in bringing world-class brands to life. Beginning his career as a strategist, he further expanded on that dedication and experience to found Fabric Branding in 2012. Prior to founding Fabric Branding, Simon was a Partner at Lippincott. He has also worked inside creative agencies in digital and integrated marketing roles (e.g. including BBDO and Digitas), and has worked for household names across multiple industries (telecommunications, consumer electronics, restaurants, hotels, media and industrial companies) helping to design brands, strategies and experiences that bring companies, along with their products and services, to life for customers and consumers. Simon is originally from the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (with Honors) from the University of Bristol, and a Master's degree from Cambridge University in Design, Manufacturing and Management. He also speaks French and is an avid photographer.

  Joanna Khouri, Partner Joanna brings to Fabric Branding a wide-ranging aptitude for positioning, building and activating leading B2B and B2C brands. A skill set she utilized to support engagements with American Airlines, Casella Wines, Under Armour and McKinsey & Company at FutureBrand, a leading global brand strategy firm. Informing Joanna’s work is an interest in how a business’s voice evolves over time, especially in light of international expansion. With a professional background in emerging markets and a personal background replete with diverse influences, she is well-positioned to help our clients understand how their new neighbors work and think, scoping out brand direction and communications that will keep them growing.Prior to FutureBrand, Joanna worked at Lippincott, where her key clients included Walmart, Wells Fargo, Hess, Sprint, LG, and Samsung and Brazil’s two largest companies, Petrobras and Vale. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is fluent in both French and Polish and proficient in Spanish and Arabic.

  Katy Boyle, Operations Manager Katy Boyle is a passionate customer service and administrative professional bringing 10 years of experience to the Fabric Branding team. Having worked in multiple sectors (including retail, customer service, administrative assisting, and social media management) she brings a well-rounded set of skills to her role as Operations Manager. Katy’s experiences with brands, both as a consumer and an employee, give her a unique perspective on “brands that connect”, and how those brands can become more effective to their employees and customers as a result. As Operations Manager of Fabric Branding, she hopes to expand her understanding of this philosophy and apply it in her work with our clients. Prior to her role as Operations Manager, Katy worked behind the scenes to directly support Simon Pearce as his administrative assistant since March 2015. Other past employers include Zirtual Inc and National Speedway Directory. Katy is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Information Security.

As Operations Manager of Fabric Branding, she hopes to expand her understanding of this philosophy and apply it in her work with our clients.

Katy is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Information Security.
